1. Scope of Work
- Leaks, burst pipes, taps, toilets, radiators, wastes and appliance connections.
- No gas work, no full heating system commissioning, no structural works.
- Work is limited to visible and accessible areas only.
2. Estimates & Diagnostics
- All prices are estimates unless confirmed in writing as fixed.
- Hidden defects, inaccessible pipework and degraded materials may alter cost.
3. Access & Safety
- Safe and clear access must be provided.
- We may refuse unsafe environments without liability.
4. Water Isolation & System Condition
- Failure of old, seized or brittle valves is not our responsibility.
- Disturbance of aged systems carries inherent risk accepted by the customer.
5. Materials
- Charged at cost + 25% handling.
- Customer-supplied parts fitted at customer risk with no warranty.
6. Damage Limitation
- No liability for latent defects, historic corrosion or prior poor workmanship.
- No liability for secondary system failures beyond the original repair.
7. Call-Outs & Minimum Charges
- All visits are chargeable including abortive visits.
8. Emergency Work
- Emergency attendance does not guarantee permanent repair on first visit.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- All known issues must be disclosed in advance.
10. Warranty
- 30-day labour warranty on the specific repair only.
- Customer parts, manufacturer defects and unrelated faults are excluded.
11. Payments
- Payment due immediately upon completion.
- Late payments may incur recovery costs.
12. Liability Cap
- Liability strictly limited to the labour charge for that visit.
- No liability for consequential losses or business interruption.
13. Insurance
- Public liability insurance held for plumbing activities only.
14. Cancellations
- Cancellations within 24hrs may be charged in full.
15. Refusal of Work
- Unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour or payment risk allow immediate refusal.
16. Photographic Records
- Photos may be taken for records and warranty.
17. Force Majeure
- No liability for delays beyond our control.
18. Governing Law
- England & Wales.
