Retainers lock in lower rates and priority slots. Ad-hoc is available for emergencies and one-offs.

Retainer Commitment: Retainers are billed in full each month regardless of usage. Hours are not transferable or refundable. Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate (normal hours) or the preferential out-of-hours rate.
Materials & Consumables: Minor consumables (screws, plugs, filler, tape) are included. All other materials billed at cost + 15% handling. Time spent procuring is billable.
Service Windows: Normal Hours = 7am–5pm, Mon–Fri. Out-of-Hours = 5pm–7am, weekends & bank holidays.
