- Quoted clearly before attendance wherever possible

How It Works
Before We Book You In
To keep the diary calm and reliable, I run a simple, strict process:
- Max 2 jobs per day, max 3 days per week (Tue–Thu core working days)
- Photo of the issue via WhatsApp or text
- Postcode to confirm you’re in the service area
- £150 minimum charge accepted for standard bookings
- Pay-on-completion by card or bank transfer confirmed
Booking Steps
- Send a description, photo and postcode by WhatsApp or text.
- We confirm suitability, pricing and the next Tue–Thu slot.
- Work completed, tested and invoiced digitally on completion.
Emergency attendance is only offered for active leaks or sewage backing up and is subject to availability. Expect a minimum charge from £250 for emergency work.
All works are carried out on a best-endeavours basis. Hidden defects or previously concealed faults may require revised quotations once exposed.
