Standard visit: £150 covers up to 90 minutes on site. Most common issues are resolved within this time.
Additional time: £25 per 15 minutes. Materials: cost + 25%.
Emergency out-of-hours: from £199 (active leaks or sewage backing up, subject to availability).
Services
Domestic and light commercial work for homes, flats, pubs and small offices. Typical internal pipework: 15mm & 22mm copper and modern plastic systems.
Leaks & pipework
Visible leaks traced and repaired on copper and plastic pipework. Press-fit repairs available where suitable.
Toilets
Flush and fill faults, running toilets, poor flushing, leaking cisterns and internal replacements.
Taps & valves
Tap replacement, isolation valves and under-sink pipework. Supply-and-fit or fit customer-supplied taps.
Blocked drains
Blocked toilets, sinks and kitchen gullies cleared using manual methods and wet-vac where appropriate.
Radiators & radiator valves
Radiator swaps, TRVs/lockshields and associated pipework adjustments (no boilers or gas work).
Kitchen plumbing
Traps, wastes, leaks under sinks, dishwasher/washing machine connections and minor re-pipes.
Pricing
No hidden fees. Most small jobs are completed within the initial 90-minute minimum charge.
