Standard Plumbing
- Then £25 per 15 minutes
- 90-minute minimum
- Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
- Most small jobs completed on first visit
Emergency Call-Out
- After 5pm weekdays
- All day weekends & bank holidays
- Then £30 per 15 minutes
- Priority response for active leaks/bursts (subject to availability)
No VAT on labour. Materials are charged at cost + 25% handling and sourcing.
What to Expect
- Send photos & a brief description. A quick photo of the problem (tap, toilet, pipe, etc.) helps confirm parts and likely time.
- Clear pricing upfront. I’ll confirm if it’s likely to be a straightforward repair within the first 90 minutes or if extra work/parts may be needed.
- On the day. I arrive within the agreed time window, protect flooring where needed and keep disruption to a minimum.
- Repair & test. Work carried out, system tested, and I’ll show you what’s been done before I leave.
- Digital invoice & card payments. You receive a clear invoice by email/text with a record of the work for your files.
Please note: if hidden issues are uncovered (e.g. inaccessible pipework, old fittings crumbling, or additional faults found), I’ll explain options and costs before carrying out any extra work.
